Excellent customer service and the communication was reassuring. The package arrived via FedEx in the time advised. Which was swift given the overseas order.
I purchased the Caran D'Ache Leman in Grand Bleu. The image of the pen was captivating on the website but it's even more exquisite in the flesh. Expertly crafted with a wonderful weight. The rollerball refill did skip a bit, and it was the only downside. I tried writing on different paper which seemed to improve somewhat.
The pen was a birthday present to myself, and I can only say that it has made my writing experience more enjoyable. The wonderful craftsmanship is definitely worth the investment. I was also very impressed with some inquiries I made about other pens, I received notifications of their availability/shipping time frames shortly afterwards. Fantastic experience!
