It all started in a small office in Madrid, where our main task was taking product photos for the marketplaces where we sold. Back then, we were already an authorized dealer, but we didn’t have our own store. Our website was purely informational.
This event was a game-changer—it gave us the chance to meet our customers face-to-face when we still didn’t have a physical space. Today, Madrid Pen Show is a special tradition for us, a celebration where we connect with people who usually interact with us through other channels.
We quickly realized our true passion was building lasting relationships with the global writing community. Driven by our desire to get closer to our customers and offer better service, we launched our online store in Spain, the UK, and the U.S.
Excited by the idea of welcoming customers whenever they wanted, we transformed an old Bridge Club in the heart of Barrio Salamanca into our very own showroom.
