Bought a u boat darkmoon watch on here for £890, after waiting a month the watch they sent was incorrect to due the false advertising and pictures on the website, I was then to blame by Claudia from customer services for there advertising error and was spoke to like dirt and blamed for this! Also incorrect model was sent which was also my fault apparently ridiculous!! They need to amend this ad ad I think it's a con. Had to also pay money to send this incorrect watch back.
I've now been put off getting a u boat watch due to these clowns. I expect compensation for this month of hell I've been through but seems management don't care about there customers. Overall terrible service and terrible company!! Never again
